No I didn't

forget about you.

I just was caught up in one of these. I had a chapter workshop this weekend, #2 daughter moved back to town, husband sick, friend's husband died, met youngest daughter's "friend", went out to dinner, cooked dinner, went to church, went to the grocery store etc. etc. etc. All in less than 72 hours. I also updated my chapter blog.

This is me. Too pooped to pop. Back tomorrow with more useless chatter. Good news, I was able to use a pair of scissors for the first time in almost 2 weeks. My hand is healing and I will be back to the sewing machine this week.

  1. Mercy, that's a lot happening. Hope you get some much needed rest.

  2. I love your idea of having a blog for your local SAGA chapter. I'm going to share the idea with my guild! It's a great way to publicize and promote our local's basically a website--but with Blogger it's free! Thanks...and happy stitching!

  3. Love that picture!
Glad your thumb is better, hope Jimmy is better, missed you!

  4. Love the picture! Glad to hear your hand is better. I am looking forward to seeing what you are working on next!

  5. Momma said we'd have days like this......oh gosh, but I feel like that many nights. I've often said, if I turn up missing, I've probably drowned in my sink of dishwater.
I hope the star align and you get back to what you want to do! Hugs!

  6. I'm so sorry. I understand the whirlwind . . . I actually just went to replenish the toilet paper for the guest bathroom but put it in the refrigerator. It's time to call it a day.

  7. Welcome back Martha, you were missed.

  8. I have a picture very much like that of #1 daughter from many years ago! Can't wait to see your next finished project-maybe a Pocketful of Posies??

  9. I hope you get a chance to relax a bit this week. Glad to hear about your hand!!! :)

Welcome, I am so glad you chose to leave a comment. I love getting comments, questions and even just a friendly hello. I may not respond to every comment, but rest assured I read them all. Sometimes the comments and questions fuel new posts. So comment away!
