Not the best shot, I took this picture in my lap to illustrate something to a friend. I was able to set in the sleeves, VERY slowly with my hand, but I can't do any finish work. I can't handle a hand needle to attach lace or stitch down the entredeux around the neck. So hopefully in the next few days I will be able to do some hand work.

It's so pretty. I know how frustrating it must be not to be able to do things, but that's a little progress and looks like a great job. I bet you'll find more and more things you can do. Hope it heals soon.
ReplyDeleteI'm watching this little dress with interest because I have this pattern and plan to do one when I get a few things finished. I love seeing the pictures of it.
Cute little sleeve and the yoke is beautiful. Heal fast !!! Hugs
ReplyDeleteThat is sure one pretty dress. Can't wait to see it finished! I'm sure it felt better to be able to sew a little bit. I'm REALLY happy you are on the road of recovery!! :)
